Lightning Fast Plumbing & Electrical is growing fast across the South Peninsula and Southern Suburbs. We’re looking for a qualified plumber to lead our plumbing work and help build the team.
Our standard: an agent recently wrote to thank us for treating her client “with such kindness, patience and consideration.” That’s the job here: good plumbing, done neatly, with respect for the people whose homes we work in.
What you’ll do
- Geyser installations and replacements, leaks, drains and plumbing compliance work, to SANS 10254 and SANS 10252
- Follow our written procedures (SOPs) on every job, and record each job with photos in our app
- Guide and check an apprentice’s work
- Represent us in front of clients and agents
What we need, with no compromise
- Trade tested and qualified, with PIRB registration. Being a PIRB Licensed Plumber who can issue certificates of compliance is a strong advantage
- Proven experience, especially with geysers
- You follow procedures exactly and keep records
- Neat, well presented and professional
- Trustworthy with a company vehicle, stock and tools
- A valid driver’s licence
- Drug-free. You consent to drug testing and a criminal background check
What we offer
- R20,000 to R24,000 base, plus a monthly performance bonus. In a busy month total pay can reach about R30,000
- A senior role in a company that’s growing quickly
- Room to grow into a team lead as we expand
