Emergencies, day or night. Burst geyser, water you can't stop, no hot water, a blocked drain or no power: call us and we'll be on site within 3 hours, with no after-hours charge. Anything else after hours? WhatsApp us and we'll reply first thing the next morning.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30, Saturday 08:00–13:00. Over the December–January and Easter holidays, allow up to 4 hours for emergencies. Planned work outside office hours is by arrangement.

We agree the price before we start, then show you exactly what it was made of, every fitting, every hour, every step, photographed and itemised. Nothing added afterwards.

Every job gets an itemised, photographed report, recorded on site in our own app and sent from the property before and after we start.
You'll always have a fixed quote before we start. You decide, and there's no surprise at the end.
If something's our fault within 12 months, we come back and put it right at no cost to you.
The call-out rate is the same whether you're in Simon's Town or Bishopscourt, distance never costs you more.
